Lodge your parcel over the counter at any Australia Post outlet so you get a stamped receipt — you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches our facility, so we recommend keeping that receipt safe.
Pack & Send
Place your gold items in the kit and send them using our prepaid tracked Australia Post satchel.

Our specialists evaluate your gold based on real-time market prices and send you a clear offer.

When your pack arrives, it is opened under camera. Our specialists test each piece to determine its exact karat purity and weight.
We use the live global spot price of gold to calculate a highly competitive and fair market offer. The quote is sent directly to your secure customer portal.
Same Day Payment
When your quote is ready, log in and add your payout details, then verify your ID. If you're happy with the detailed offer, accept it and we'll process your payment the same business day.
